Healthy food basics
At the beginning of my diet and life change I have many different dishes and (for me) tried new foods to see what I really like. After nearly 3 years with a healthy diet, some foods have crystallized that I have at home at all times. As long as I have healthy food basics at home, I'm not tempted to stuff a candy bar into my mouth!
Of course, it all depends on personal taste, but I think for one or the other of you, my listing is an inspiration or starting point. If you are overwhelmed with all the healthy eating quinoa vegan madness, here's my tip, if you do not know where to start:
Eat no less than usual, but just schnibbelt some vegetables into your dishes.
So you slowly get used to the taste (I hated vegetables earlier and found it disgustingly bitter) without starving. You can gradually increase the amount of vegetables on your plate and reduce the starch supplement (pasta, rice, etc.).
