3 reasons to be happy!
I just like to moan. About this and that and that. Other people do that, too. It all starts when you meet a colleague in the coffee kitchen, ask how it works and start the answer with "Najaaaa ..." . I'm happy because ...
... I'm healthy!
Health is something you only appreciate when you're tired. Since my change of life , many ailments that I did not notice before disappeared by themselves. Knee pain, back pain, circulatory problems, facial sweating - all of this was part of my life.
Since I eat healthy and (now and then, bad conscience calls!) Exercise, notice I first realize how beautiful a healthy and fit body is. What he can do! My big goal is to be one of 80 retirees scribbling up every mountain, tanned.
... I'm independent!
That's what you call" being grown up ". I have a good, safe job, my own apartment in Germany's most beautiful city and I can do what I want. Nobody tells me how to spend my free time or what to look like.
However, this mental independence has only recently developed. I used to give a lot of opinions to others and really wanted to.
My 2 cents on expectations and why they are bullshit!
... the world is open to me!
Do not you always get wanderlust when you look at Travel Vlogs on Youtube? Today, traveling is part of everyday life for many and can be reached by almost anyone. Internet, price comparisons and mobile work make it so easy to explore the world on your own. I have a lot of plans for the next few years and I am incredibly curious about what awaits me in the world!
All details about the Make Up Look
I would like to encourage you and me to do so more often to think positively. When you relate everyday problems (congestion, spilled coffee, late arrivals) to life, the seemingly huge issues are quite small.
