The best low carb Kaiserschmarrn
If there is a recipe that I use to the last detail for perfected me, then it's my low carb Kaiserschmarrn. It all started 2 years ago with my oatmeal pancakes recipe.
Since then, I've done the pancakes EVERY weekend and worked on the recipe again and again. Meanwhile, the banana oatmeal pancakes has become a low carb pancake . Kaiserschmarrn can be seen here flexibly, because if you have a better hand in turning, you can also make Low Carb pancakes from the dough!

The Low Carb Kaiserschmarrn is the perfect breakfast for me:

Low Carb Kaiserschmarrn Recipe
1 portion, approx. 360 kcal (without toppings)
- 5 g coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- 30 g courgette rasps
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 30 g of protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Instantespresso
- 1/2 teaspoon baking cocoa (my favorite: Valrhona Poudre de Cacao * )
- 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Pinch of salt
- optional toppings: 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 apple, 50 g low-fat quark
Instructions
- Heat the pan and melt the coconut oil.
- Whisk the egg with a fork.
- Crush the banana and mix the grated zucchini with the egg.
- Almond flour, protein powder, Mix the instant espresso, cocoa, baking soda, flaxseed and salt in a separate bowl and sift over the wet ingredients.
- Fold in with a fork.
- Pour the batter into the hot pan and strain Fry for 4 minutes.
- Once the pancakes are ready to dissolve, mix and cut into small pieces.
- Continue to fry for about 1-2 minutes, placing the low carb pancakes on a plate
Notes
The Egg should have room temperature, so I'll get it the night before from the fridge.
The riper the banana the sweeter the Low Carb Kaiserschmarrn!
