The future of beauty blogs
At the weekend, I swung the brushes back and over the
You're big and can do that!
These are the main characters of the duochrome Make Up Looks:
- Viseart Neutral Matte Eyeshadow Palette *: A fine device and a must have for make-up artists and cosmetics lovers. I find the veneering and the application of the matt viseart eyeshadow sharp and use it for almost every "framework" of my eye make-up.
- MAC Flamingo lipstick *: A summer favorite! Flamingo was on my wish list. At that time I had hunted him in LEs (unsuccessful) until he was finally included in the standard range. A pastel coral pink with a slightly opaque finish. Inglot Body Sparkle # 71: The star of the show! The glitter comes from my then inglot addiction, during which I have brought all the products from Poland. The Body Sparkle is an extremely fine glitter, which goes through as a pigment due to its fine grinding. MAC Club is similar, but it does not sparkle so much.
- ColourPop Cream Eyeshadow in Exit: Uhm ... as I write this, I notice that ColourPop has almost all eyeliner (potty) out the assortment has taken! Alternatively, as a white base you can also use an eyeliner or the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk * . It's much easier to get!
- NYX Slide on Lip Pencil *: Not a red eyeliner at hand ?! Who has that? I use the lipliner from NYX sneaky as I am just as an eyeliner. Here you have to be careful, however, that the lipliner does not rub off on the skin, so it is best to apply a primer or a base underneath.
Talking to Tacheles: The Future of Beauty Blogs. That should not "Ohhhh we are all bad and in the past everything was better!" Tireless. But on the contrary! I am optimistic about the future. What's the use of being afraid of something that you can not control? Nada!
At that time, when we were all young, Anno Domini 2009, we had not thought much about opening a homepage on Blogger. It was the pure passion that drove us (at least me, because I was too stupid to realize for a long time that you could make money with it: D). A pummeling gets fit became a big part of my life and I changed. That was also felt in the blog. But other beauty blogs continued to evolve and somehow we all went our separate ways, but in the same direction.
If you blog about a topic for years, you have to keep reinventing. There is a point where I could not read the same posts and make-up tips anymore. If one thing is high and holy to me, then it's my personal development (= the evolution of Cream's Beauty Blog).
I'd rather grab the pebble heap than to always bring the same content.
Better dare and fail than never have dared to dare and stand still.
I'd rather learn something about myself, by challenging myself to stay in my comfort zone.
(... even if I find it hard!)
When I think about the future of my blog, I think about how to give you my dear readers a value added . How can I put a smile on your face? How can I make you think?
Okay, at the end of the day it's all about pompous make-up, but maybe I can give you some embroidered messages in Make Up, which you do not immediately perceive as such.
With Cream's Beauty Blog I have a mouthpiece that I would never have had in real life. I'd put a damn on that if I had to stand on a stage in front of you and deliver my posts to you.
I feel change and think it's going to be great.
Because what else can we do but expect the best of our future?
As a reward for reading through, here are some more Schminki pictures: D
Well, philosophized today ?! ;)
