The best fitness equipment for the home
I exercised 4-6 times a week for almost 2 1/2 years with Fitnessblender videos and lost 33 kg along with my Nutritional Change . For me it was the ideal workout:
- At the very beginning, I was ashamed of doing sports in front of others because I felt unwell in my skin.
- Within 2 Minutes I was ready for training
- I was completely flexible in terms of time
- Depending on your mood I could choose my videos

But in December I got to a critical point. During the training nothing went on and I finally signed up in the gym for sheer displeasure. BUT THEN!
But then ... I jumped a job change in the bar and I'm currently very involved in the job and in the evening just POOPED. Completely done. There is no longer a gym to think about. Well, now I was faced with the really stupid situation: How can I integrate weight training into my everyday life? Although I still go to the studio during the weekend, I had to come up with something for the week.
Ever since I've been training with the videos from Fitnessblender, I've admired the easy-to-adjust dumbbells that Daniel and Use Kelli. I only own 3 pairs of dumbbells: 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg. It was also fine for the initial training session with a lot of cardio, but in the end I realized that I needed heavier weights to improve my performance. This shutdown was also the trigger that's why I chose myself opted for the gym (in retrospect, you are always smarter).
Now I took a few weeks ago a heart and ordered them FINALLY:
The adjustable Powerblock Dumbbells 2.4 *
with a weight range of 1.5 kg - 11 kg
How do the Powerblock dumbbells work and are they worth their price?/h4>
With just one hand, I can adjust the weight of the dumbbells and adjust extremely fast, as soon as the stressed muscle gives way. The dumbbells are stable, the grip is tight and I already realize how much better my training is doing with it. Depending on the exercise, I can tailor the weights to my own strength!
The Powerblock dumbbells are also compact and do not take up much space in the home. That was also an important point for me, because I hate little more than Glump in my flat that blocks my way.
I know the adjustable dumbbells are not cheap, but I do not regret the investment! I rather regret that they did not order me right to the beginning of my fitness path!
Better save all the other fitness gimmicks that just stand around in your apartment dusty and invests in a good dumbbell set. In addition a mat *, sneakers and a good sports bra and you are well equipped for your training! Finally, I've come up with a sensible way to install sports units during the week without having to go to the studio.
