My top 5 gym tips that make it easier to go to the sport and make it more effective! Brühwarm from my A Pummel Will Fit series!

5 gym tips

For more than half a year I've been in Classic Muckibude logged in. Cardio, strength and courses - and for little money. Although I would definitely pay more for a studio with great care, but for me the most important thing is the easy accessibility of the studio. Since this is right next to my subway station, I did not find the choice difficult!

In the beginning I was completely overwhelmed by the devices and the people in the studio ! I was just Lonely skipes used in my living room. But over the last few months, I've developed some gym tips to make going into the studio more enjoyable (and the bastard a little more willing):

 FITNESSSTUDIO TIPS

Gym Tip # 1: No Wifi No Cry

When I see some ladies and gentlemen in the gym , I feel like I'm in the smartphone Stüberl. One weight is moved up and down while scrolling through Instagram in the other hand. I do not know how you see it, but I want to keep my training as effective and short as possible! I spent more than 30 minutes training hard to stare at my cell phone for an hour on the stinky yoga mat. Therefore: Flight mode on during strength training!

If your phone does not vibrate, the lure is less likely to distract you.

Gym Tip # 2: Unknown in My Ear my beloved podcasts. These seem to be going through a renaissance as every blogger launches his own. Whether I learn something new through the podcast or not, I like listening to the people in my ear and time automatically goes faster.

Gym Tips # 3: Preparation is everything

If you're just as indignant with sports, try to put as few hurdles in your path as possible. That's why I always pack my sports bag the night before or bunk it at work. If I get out of the office one day, I just can not find an excuse! In addition, the packed sports bag THE symbol of a guilty conscience!

Gym Tip # 4: Trousers with zipper

I like to keep it as simple as the sport possible. Only the most necessary equipment comes in my sports bag! What has turned out to be indispensable is my sports pants with zippered pockets. That sounds so unsexy, but is SO practical! Where the damn cell phone if you want to do sports? Leggings are comfortable, but before I hold my podcast device in my hands throughout the workout, I just put it in my pocket.

Gym Tip # 5: The Love Habit

The point where I'm still failing. Due to long working hours, I'm just too tired in the evening to be able to play sports effectively. I would like to integrate sports units regularly in my everyday life, until I do not even think about it! I would like to achieve this self-evidentness by combining sport with a habit. Routine, routine, routine. I know she's the only way to get fit, but I still have to find my groove and am very grateful for your tips on this!
