5 fitness food favorites
My fitness food favorites that I always keep at home!
The world of fitness supplements is great, and when you start building muscle and fitness, you're like the ox on the mountain , Basically I try to keep my diet as clean as possible - so fresh fruits and vegetables, no industrial sugar, no finished products. But there are a few supportive fitness foods that have helped me lose weight. As always with a balanced diet but you should enjoy everything in moderation!
The same applies to my 5 fitness food favorites:
Flavor Drops
My favorite: Nutriful Butter Biscuits *
Flavor Drops are highly concentrated flavor concentrates I use for sweetening. They are available in the most delicious flavors (hazelnut, apple, toffee, vanilla, peanut butter ...) and are best dissolved in liquid. You can mix them with your oatmeal in the morning, in smoothies, quark or pancakes - your imagination knows no bounds!

Recipe:
Mix 150 g of skimmed quark with 100 ml of water and 4 drops of Flavor Drops and garnish with fruit.
Low-calorie sauces
My favorite: Body Attack American BBQ *
I almost had my mouth open when I discovered that there is chocolate sauce with no calories! These sauces contain mainly water, thickening agents and flavors and are therefore almost completely calorie, fat and sugar free. For example, if you always eat ketchup with your fries, just swap it for the sugar-free version!
Recipe:
Clean and halve Brussels sprouts. Season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast at 220 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven. Then some BBQ sauce over it!
Peanut Butter
My favorite: Nu3 Peanut Butter *
I adore peanut butter. I would like to drip her over everything! Peanut butter is a healthy, filling fat source that contains lots of protein and unsaturated fatty acids. It is a madness to want to eliminate fat from the diet. The body needs fat to stay full! That's why I always give a teaspoon of nut butter over my breakfast.
Nu3's peanut butter is very fluid and makes it easier to spread on my breakfast than other peanut butter. It also contains no additives, such as palm oil, sugar or salt!

Protein powder
My favorite: ESN Designer Whey Protein in hazelnut *
The game changer in my diet! If you want to eat more protein, but do not want to eat only boiled eggs and chicken breasts, then protein powder is essential!
The protein in protein powders can also be broken down faster by the body the muscles after a workout.I mix it especially in my breakfast, so I have a filling portion of protein already in the morning. Since I mix Whey Protein in my porridge in the morning, I am much longer full!
Protein powder comes in a myriad of different flavors and can be mixed to practically anything - Oats, Mueslis, Pancakes, Powerballs ...
