Vegan cashew cheese recipe
To put it this way: I do not believe in vegans Pork sausage or vegan meat sausage. If I fancy meat, then I eat meat. The vegan "cheese" that I introduce you today, I see more as a vegan sauce, which tastes similar to cheese. I just see such alternatives as a challenge and opportunity to get to know new foods. Or would I have tried yeast flakes without vegan food blogs?
If you are If you only want to eat vegan, then I think that's great and if you want to eat animal products, that's great too!
Everyone has to find their way and what's right for you. I just like the cashew yeast sauce saulecker. It tastes best with noodles, as a salad dressing, with roasted vegetables or as a dip. It goes anywhere you use cheese!
Yeast flakes are also a great protein supplier and can also be "nude" about all sorts of dishes sprinkle.

- 40 g cashew nuts
- 40 g yeast flakes
- water
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoons salt
- juice of half a lime
- pepper
