My 5 podcast favorites that I have in my ear every day. From the fields: film, nutrition, science, beauty and gastronomy!

5 new podcast favorites

Since my first post to my podcast favorites, beaten 10 months have passed! Since I still hear at least one podcast every day on the way to work, it's time for an update! Podcasts are currently on the rise and many bloggers jumped on the car. Here are my current podcast favorites:

Kau & Schluck

The Gastro Podcast

Essen - our favorite topic! It took a surprisingly long time until a German podcast appeared around the most beautiful thing in the world. Dennis and Chris (both chefs, one with a star) talk about their experiences in the kitchens of the world and give a look behind the scenes of the restaurant.

Kau & Schluck is just a few episodes old and sometimes The two guys are too prolate for me, but they are always entertaining! The podcast still has to find its groove, but if you like it, you're in the right place. There are also great restaurant tips for all Mannheimer and Aschaffenburger (Pun intended)!

The Nerdist

Enjoy your Burrito!

Chris Hardwick, former MTV host, stand up comedian and industry insider, interviewed in his Podcast the stars and starlets of Hollywood. From Keanu Reeves to Lena Dunham or Edgar Wright (director of the Cornetto trilogy), the guests are mixed, both in front of and behind the camera. Chris is always good to his guests, the mood is laid back and relaxed.

For all movie and serial dudes who like Behind The Scenes and want to get to know their stars more "personally".

Foodist with Darya Rose

Healthy Eating and Fitness

I'm very critical of fitness and nutrition, but Darya Rose * foodist I can fully recommend to anyone who wants to build a healthy relationship with nutrition , Darya talks to her clients about her nutrition, fitness and well-being issues, and examines her problems. These individual therapy sessions are very enlightening and go beyond a nasty "eat a lot of vegetables". For most of the time, unhealthy diets are just a symptom of mental health problems.

For those who like to read A Pummel Be Fit and want to be realistic and sustainable about nutrition.

At Home with ...

Strong women in beautiful apartments (which you unfortunately can not see)

My two favorite female superstars Anna and Lily visit career women from their environment in their podcast episodes. From other Youtube stars to skin care giants to Lisa Eldridge. If you are beauty junkies and have a penchant for business, you are right here. The only downside is that you can not see the wonderful apartments and houses of the protagonists (via Apple Podcast)!

Freakonomics

Science can be fun as well!

I would never have thought of doing science Dissertation about cheating on sumo fighters can be as understandable and entertaining as Freakonomics * does. The two professors Dubner and Levitt ask unusual questions and receive unusual answers with the power of statistics. What sounds like pure fall asleep is one of the best podcasts on the market.

For those who want to stimulate their brains!
