Pimp my yogurt

Whether Low Carb is the key to simply losing weight is, let's face it!

Nevertheless, I try to cheat a few grams of protein into my diet. This is surprisingly easier and more delicious than expected and I do not have to kill a whole chicken every day. A few days ago, for example, I was standing in front of the open fridge after a successful fitness blender video and was hungry.

Often I just peck at two eggs in the pan and add some vegetables to it, but I was sweet after a big, satisfying bowl. Instead of just eating a bland yoghurt, I've pimped it with a serving of protein powder.

This makes the yoghurt more full-bodied, tastier and lasts long. The preparation (if you can may call so) takes just 2 minutes. The pimped yogurt is also a great snack for the work that you can prepare in the evening.

There are of course thousands of possible combinations, depending on the taste of your protein powder and what fruit you have at home. Vanilla is always a good, universal introduction to the protein powder world, I recommend the ESN Designer Whey in Vanilla Ice Cream *!
